As Vice President of Construction Management Services, Kevin oversees Downey & Scott’s team of Construction Managers and Inspectors to ensure on-time and on-budget project deliveries. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 32 years of Design and Construction experience. His background includes a range of pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phase services on projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region and worldwide. His portfolio includes Renovation and New Construction projects ranging in size and complexity from small tenant renovations to large new commercial office buildings and mixed-use facilities in excess of 250,000 square feet.  His experience includes Government, Municipal, K-12, Higher Education, Mission-Critical, and Commercial clients.  His expertise includes various project delivery methods such as Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, PPEA, and CM-at-Risk.  His specialties include program/project management, sustainable design, commissioning, engineering, and constructability review services. Before joining the firm in 2020, Kevin was Vice President for a nationally recognized architectural, engineering, construction management, and environmental firm.
