Downey & Scott joined Fauquier County Public Schools on May 30, 2025, for the groundbreaking ceremony at the W.C. Taylor Middle School in Warrenton, VA. As Construction Manager for this major renovation and addition project, Downey & Scott is proud to support the transformation of the educational facility into a modern, student-centered learning environment. On May 1, the Fauquier County School Board unanimously approved a $54.4 million construction contract with Branch Builds, moving the project into the construction phase.
