We're excited to announce that Downey & Scott has been awarded the Contract for Construction Management Services for the Taylor Middle School Expansion and Renovation with Fauquier County Government and Public Schools. The project includes managing the construction of a new two-story, 47,435 sq. ft. core addition, a three-story, 20,796 sq. ft. classroom addition, and 80,794 sq. ft. of renovations to the existing school. The scope encompasses comprehensive site development, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, interior build-out, and finishes.

This project is especially meaningful to us, as some of our team members are alumni of Taylor Junior High and long-time residents of Fauquier County.
