Downey & Scott provided cost estimating services for the remodels and additions to an aging library facility. Interior renovations are necessary because the existing space allocations no longer meet modern design criteria for library programs. By combining additional square footage with reconfigured program spaces, the facility will better support expanded library use, including after-hours meeting rooms and increased community access. Minor parking lot modifications are also planned to provide much-needed additional parking.
