Downey & Scott provided cost estimating services bringing the university’s agriculture components together on one site demonstrating research, promoting agriculture instruction and providing cooking instruction. The three new structures, all under 5,000 SF, include the greenhouse, the food demonstration building and the pavilion.

The Summerseat building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, will be renovated into an Urban Agricultural Center.
