Downey & Scott performed cost estimating services and life cycle cost analysis for the renovation and addition of an historic Baptist church located in old town Warrenton, Virginia.  

Total project size was 19,772 GSF and included all associated site work.  Additionally, we performed a cost feasibility study developing three options to replace the historic church's intricately carved 65-foot steeple.
