Downey & Scott personnel will carefully review the Construction Drawings and Specification for coordination and constructability issues. This includes verifying that all equipment identified is provided with appropriate power, equipment service clearances are identified, Detail References are accurate, and design is constructable.

Constructability Reviews are completed at each design submission, and comments are recorded in a spreadsheet format, thereby allowing for responses from the Design Team.
