Downy & Scott personnel will review all available building/site documentation prior to conducting a field survey. The field survey will document the existing condition of project elements to include: site, building envelope, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protections Systems, Interior Conditions. Downey & Scott will develop anticipated costs for repair/replacement of identified issues, along with a timeline of when the scheduled activity is needed. The cost estimates from each category will be summarized in a spreadsheet that provides a 10-year overview of anticipated capital/maintenance costs.


Downey & Scott will present the report and our findings to the Client and any stakeholders. We will be prepared to answer any questions and provide greater detail on any specific item if needed.
