Downey & Scott will prepare Pre-Qualification Documents for issuance to potential vendors. Once received, Downey and Scott will analyze the information provided, and prepare a summary spreadsheet that allows for comparison of each submission with the project requirements. Items reviewed include Bond Capacity (single project and total), Insurance, Project Experience, Personnel Experience, Litigation Claims, Judgments & Bankruptcies, Convictions & Debarment, License Verification, Disciplinary Actions, Reference Checks, and review of identified Sub-Contractors.

After presenting the spreadsheet summary to the Client, Downey & Scott can assist in determining who is/is not Pre-Qualified, and notification of vendors.
