Downey & Scott utilizes Owner Insite (Construction Management Software) to manage projects and documentation. Everything from Daily Field Reports, RFI’s, Submittals, Schedule, Pay Applications, and all project documentation to include Testing & Inspection Reports, Geotech Report, HAZMAT Report, Meeting Minutes, Permits, Load Letters, Design Documents, and Commissioning Documentation is uploaded and available 24/7, 365 days/year via a web portal to invited participants.

Owner Insite allows our Clients and all relevant stakeholders to have full access (though permissions) to access project documentation and receive notification of new postings within OwnerInsite.

At the end of the project, we will create an OIS Archive file and uploaded to a thumb drive. This can be added to your server and allow HTML access to all files included in the project folder for future use.
