Downey & Scott will create a project specific budget detailing both Hard Costs and Soft Costs associated with the project, and identify all available funding sources. We will update the Project Budget throughout the project life cycle, and maintain a close eye on available Contingencies, Allowances, and Change Orders. As budget items become actual costs, we will update to reflect the current project status.

Our Budget Summary will also track shared savings.
