Downey & Scott performed field inspections of eleven (11) Elementary Schools; three (3) Middle Schools; three (3) High Schools; and the Southeastern Alternative School. Our review included building envelope, Site, and Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing systems. We provided major systems condition assessments, developed a detailed 10 year Replacement and Repair Capital Improvement Plan with documentation and cost estimates per calendar year starting in County FY 2023 thru FY 2033.
