Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning Phase Services for the new two story 162,017 square foot middle school designed to house +/- 1,100 students and will consist of 64 classrooms, Auditeria, one soccer field, one multi-use field, two parking lots, and one bus loop that will accommodate 204 cars and 19 buses. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, and Bid Analysis. Construction Phase Services included: Daily Field Reports, Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.
