Designed to be a skilled nursing facility with 128 private care rooms providing skilled nursing and memory care for residents, including rehab, physical and occupational therapy, language pathology, audiology, nutrition, and bathing assistance. We worked with the owner and design team from schematic design to final submission drawings. Downey & Scott performed cost estimating services and provided four deliverable cost estimates, including site and hard construction costs throughout.
