Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning Phase Services for the construction of a new two-story 16,185 square foot academic building to include twelve (12) classrooms, a writing center, open-plan faculty space, teacher workroom, collaboration space, a monumental stair, an outdoor amphitheater, and front and rear balconies. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, and Bid Analysis. Construction Phase Services included: Weekly Field Reports, Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.
