Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction phase services for the construction of 47 Affordable Housing units on four stories, with a parking garage underneath totaling approximately 73,000 square feet. The project is being built under the VHDA 2022 Tax Credit year, and will comply with the Enterprise Green Communities Certification Program, and Net Zero Energy Ready Homes. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, General Contractor pre-Qualification, and Bid Analysis.
