Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction & Construction Phase Services for Hero's Bridge project at the Warrenton United Methodist Church. The project includes twenty-two buildings containing 44 living units, and a 2-story, 6,000 square foot community center. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, General Contractor pre-Qualification, and Bid Analysis. Construction Phase Services included: Daily Field Reports, Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.
