Downey & Scott provided Pre Construction & Construction Phase Services for renovation of an Affordable Housing project that includes 109 rental units in thirteen (13) buildings. The renovation was completed in accordance with the 2021 North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) requirements. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, and Bid Analysis. Construction Phase Services included: Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Review, and reviewing of PCO's and Change Orders.
