Downey & Scott performed Pre-Construction and Construction Phase Services for this Affordable Housing Renovation and Expansion Project. This project included the renovation of an historic building, new residential building/units, new community building, and associated site work. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Cost Estimating, Value Engineering, Developed Overall Project Budget, General Contractor Pre-Qualification, and Bid Analysis. Construction Phase Services included: Field Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.

The project successfully renovated 32 existing units and created a vibrant new community resource, enhancing both housing options and support services for the residents.
