Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning Phase Services for the construction of a Police Department building including 82,000 square feet on three stories. The project also included an Rolling Assets Building totaling approximately 4,500 square feet. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, and Bid Analysis. Construction Phase Services included: Daily Field Reports, Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.
