Downey & Scott provided Construction Phase Services for the interior and facade renovation of a four story plus basement building totaling approximately 24,800 square feet to include all M/E/P systems, windows, etc. Construction Phase Services included: Daily Field Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.

Originally constructed in 1984, the City of Manassas’ existing City Hall maintained many of its original finishes and mechanical and electrical systems.
