Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction & Construction Phase Services for the new construction of a 12,000 square foot, single-story office building with site parking lot. Building will include space for Town Hall, Town Administrative Staff, Town Police Department (Administrative Staff and Officers Only). A village Green area adjacent to the building will also be included.
