Downey & Scott provided Construction Phase Services for the renovation and addition. Construction Phase services included: Daily Field Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.

The improved museum now includes a special exhibit hall, permanent gallery, collections storage, offices, and support space, and an outdoor courtyard, amphitheater, and patio.
