Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction and Construction phase services for this Affordable Housing Project. This multi-family housing project has a $13.2M budget and included the select deconstruction and demolition of four (4) existing buildings, including fifteen, two bedroom, low-income housing units. The existing structures were built in 1942. The new complex consists of a 74,000 SF four-story, 52-unit, mixed-income building with covered underground parking. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, General Contractor pre-Qualification, and Bid Analysis. Construction Phase Services included: Field Reports, Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.
