Downey & Scott provided Construction Management Services for the Loudoun County Crisis Receiving Center (CRSC), a vital behavioral healthcare facility developed by the Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Developmental Services (MHSADS). Our services included cost estimates at different design phases: concept design, design development, and construction documents. The CRSC offers 24/7 onsite medical assessment and therapeutic intervention, with a 10-bed short-term crisis stabilization unit for adults, 16 recliners for 23-hour assessment, and a secure Emergency Custody Order (ECO) drop-off center.
