Downey & Scott provided cost estimating services for the terminal building modernization. The scope of work included repairing the building envelope, for which Downey & Scott helped prepare schematic layouts, sketches, preliminary design concepts, criteria, reports and pricing at various milestones throughout the pre-construction process. The work was divided into four phases and include coating steel structural steel members, new air moisture barriers and flashing, new stone veneer and the integration of new building envelope components.
