Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction & Construction Phase Services for the construction of the Wexford Village Infrastructure Plan and Self Storage Site Plan. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, and Bid Analysis. Construction Phase Services included: Daily Field Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.
The project will enhance the area with a new 700’ access road with a commercial entrance featuring a traffic signal and will develop commercial parcels to support future growth. Highlights include two modern single-story self-storage buildings of 9,720 square feet each, a substantial two-story self-storage facility spanning 55,000 square feet, and three versatile commercial pad sites. Comprehensive utility infrastructure will also be integrated to support these developments.
