Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction & Construction Phase Services for the new construction of a 37 unit Affordable Housing apartment complex encompassing six buildings, parking and a community center. Buildings were designed and constructed to VHDA and Viridiant standards. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, and Bid Analysis. Construction Phase Services included: Field Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.
