Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction & Construction Phase Services for Thaiss Park Redevelopment Project. The project includes redeveloping the existing five (5) ball fields into three (3) and building an air conditioned concessions building with meeting space, restrooms, and a warming kitchen for year round use. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, and Bid Analysis. Construction Phase Services included: Bi-weekly Field Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.

In addition, the project includes an upgraded playground, sport court, parking and plaza, including all associated landscaping.
