Downey & Scott provided Pre Construction & Construction Phase Services for the construction of a new 28,500 square foot two-story Police Station and associated site work. The building will include a Sallyport, Dispatch, Interview Rooms, Evidence Processing & Storage, Communications/Records, Community/Training Room, Roll-Call Room, Firing Range, Offices (Administrative, Patrol, Traffic, Investigations, and Command), Fitness Room, Men's and Women's Locker Rooms, perimeter security walls and fences, and access control gates. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, General Contractor pre-Qualification, and Bid Analysis. Construction Phase Services included: Daily Field Reports, Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.
