Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction and Construction phase services. The project consists of the installation of a new 80,000 MGD Waste Water Treatment Plant, 83,110 linear feet (15.74 miles) of force main piping, and 111 STEP Pumping systems. Pipe installation includes trenching, directional bore, and jack-n-bore methods. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, and Developed Overall Project Budget. Construction Phase Services included: Daily Field Reports, Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, and Processing of PCO's and Change Orders.
